In  everyday life, Valeria is  a science professional, but in her free time she dedicates herself to her  greatest passion: pastry making! She started by watching her grandmother and mother, and then  refined her skills with practice and courses. She loves precision, decoration and details…but also embraces the messy part of baking giving life in her kitchen to Messy Baking, her home bakery.
