I am proud and happy that we—the Members of the Executive Board—together have offered a rich and varied program that has attracted so many members to each event! Such active attendance is the best proof that we have consistently maintained a high quality. I am especially grateful that some of the events have become traditions. I would like to thank all the present and former Executive Board members who during these two years have worked tirelessly to keep a very professional and high-standard level of mutual board work. I am very pleased that we during these two years together outlined new policy work to better serve the members in a democratic and transparent way, embracing the uniqueness in being part of a network like IWC Stockholm. An extra heartfelt thank you to the outgoing Chairs: Philanthropy Mary Borromeo-Hedfors, Membership JJ Praveenuj Visvaporabutr, and Secretary Karina Svensson. I would also like to wish the next club year’s President and Executive Board good luck! I hope to see as many of you as possible at the Annual General Meeting on May 5th, and the traditional Garden Party on May 30th which this year will again be generously hosted by our dear member Junko von Butovitsch. I take this opportunity to thank you all for the trust put in me over the past two years as President and as I tend to get very emotional at farewells I keep it short - till we meet again!
